DESCRIPTION:BULLS BRONCS & BARRELS \nThe Rodeo will be held on Saturday 17th October 2026 at the Streaky Bay Racecourse.  ​​ \nCamping is available for Rodeo ticket holders on the Friday and Saturday night only. Tents\, swags and camper trailers in Zone 1. Ten caravan will be permitted this year in Zone 2. Conditions apply. Competitors have their own Zone and may camp with their vehicles and horses. Refer to the Venue Map 2026 for more details or refer to the Tent Village to book a bit of luxury.  \n​Rodeo by the Sea is a family event with full bar and catering facilities\, amusements and retail vendor stalls. Sales via EFTPOS transactions however cash is appreciated. No BYO. No dogs. No photographers or videographers. \n​​Shuttle bus to-and-from the caravan parks and hotel commencing at 1.30pm on a continuous loop.  No bus between 5-6pm (drivers break). Last bus 10pm. \n​Gates open 2pm. \nBest Dressed Cowboy/girl competition 3.30pm \nThe Main event 4pm. \nLive music from 9pm \nTickets will be available at the gate\, however take advantage of the Early Bird Ticket prices by buying online.

DESCRIPTION:XXXX GOLD & STREAKY BAY COMMUNITY HOTEL STREAKY BAY CUP\nFrom the coast line to the finish line The Streaky Bay Cup has something for everyone. \nThe excitement is building for the XXXX Gold & Streaky Bay Community Hotel Cup\, held on the 3rd Saturday in March at the Streaky Bay Racecourse. \nThe Streaky Bay Cup encompasses the spirit of Country Racing whilst bringing the community together in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with everything they need to have a great day at the races. \nThe Cup Carnival will kick off on the Friday night at the Streaky Bay Hotel with happy hour in the front bar with raffles followed by a Calcutta and dinner with special guest speaker to be confimed.  Tickets need to be purchased to the dinner by contacting Streaky Bay Hotel to secure your seat (08)  8626 1008. All are welcome to attend the Calcutta from 8.30pm. \nOn the Saturday our race day program offers 6 races\, with the punters being able to access oncourse bookmakers and TAB. \nFor the fashion enthusiast the Fashion at the Races Competition will be a real draw card for the ladies and gents and each year we are seeing a high standard of entrants. \nAs always\, we encourage families to attend as there are plenty of activities to keep the children amused. \nCourtesy buses run throughout the day to and from the track from the Streaky Bay Hotel from approx. 11am with set pick up times for the Discovery and Little islands Caravan Parks. Pick up times from the parks will be announced the day before at the parks. Fee: Gold Coin donation per person. \nAfter the cup punters can head to the Streaky Bay Hotel\, they will be again offering meals for the racegoers who don’t want the day to end. A great way to finish off your race day is to sit with friends on the deck overlooking the jetty and majestic waters of Streaky Bay. \n
